We are committed to delivering high-quality socks and excellent service. While issues are rare, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Our goal is to make the process as simple and fair as possible for our customers.

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons, socks are non-returnable once opened or worn.

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. However, we may allow an exchange under the following conditions:

· You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

· The socks must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in their original packaging

· Exchange is allowed with another product of the same or lower value

· If the exchanged product is of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded

· Return and re-delivery charges must be borne by the customer

Please note that product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions and screen or device calibration. Color variation alone will not be considered a valid reason for a refund.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive socks with any manufacturing defects or damage, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

In such cases:

· Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

· Share clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage via email or WhatsApp

· After verification, we will provide a replacement for the affected product

· The delivery charge for the replacement will be borne by Socks Bangladesh

· Kindly return the defective product to the delivery person at the time of replacement delivery

Please note:

· Replacement is subject to product availability

· If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered:

· Contact us as soon as possible

· Once the incorrect item is returned, we will send the correct product to you

· Return delivery costs will be covered by Socks Bangladesh

We apologize for any inconvenience and will ensure your correct order reaches you promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you accidentally provide an incorrect address, phone number, or email, please contact us immediately by phone so we can correct it before dispatch.

If:

· The order has already been shipped, or

· The package is returned due to incorrect information

We can resend the order to the correct address by applying an additional return and re-delivery charge, depending on the location.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS

· Please track your parcel using the courier’s tracking system

· If there is a delivery delay or issue, kindly contact the courier service first

· If the issue remains unresolved, contact us, and we will assist you in coordinating with the courier on your behalf
