অর্ডার সম্পর্কিত পলিসিঃ

• অর্ডার শুধুমাত্র স্টকে বিদ্যমান পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
• অগ্রীম পেমেন্টকৃত অর্ডার বাতিল বা রিফান্ড করা যাবে না (বিশেষ কারণ ছাড়া)। অনলাইন পেমেন্ট এবং ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারী উভয়ক্ষেত্রে এই শর্ত প্রযোজ্য।
• হোম ডেলিভারী অর্ডার আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার প্রতিনিধি দ্বারা কনফার্ম করার পরই অর্ডার প্রসেস করা হবে।
• অর্ডার সম্পর্কিত যেকোন তথ্যের জন্য অনুগ্রহ করে যোগাযোগ করুন আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ারে। কাস্টমার কেয়ার নাম্বারঃ ০১৯৫৯৯১৮২০০

• বিভিন্ন মার্কেটপ্লেস ও আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে চলমান ভিন্ন ভিন্ন প্রমোশনাল অফারের জন্য পণ্যের দামের তারতম্য হতে পারে।
• প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির কারণে পণ্যের ভুল মূল্য প্রদর্শিত হতে পারে। এমতাবস্থায় Socks Bangladesh অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে। তবে, এ ধরনের অনাকাঙ্খিত সমস্যার জন্য আমরা আন্তরিকভাবে দুঃখিত।

ডেলিভারী পলিসিঃ

আমাদের ডেলিভারী পলিসিগুলো নিম্নরুপ,

• ঢাকার ভিতরে ডেলিভারী ০৩ দিনের মধ্যের করে থাকি।
• ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারী ০৭ দিনের মধ্যে করা থাকি।
• ঢাকার ভিতর ডেলিভারী চার্জ ৬০ টাকা।
• ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারী চার্জ ১০০ টাকা।

বিঃদ্রঃ- ডেলিভারীর জন্য আমরা থার্ড পার্টি কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির সাথে কাজ করছি। তাই, ডেলিভারীর সম্পূর্ণ প্রক্রিয়াটি আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রনাধীন নয়। পণ্যের কোন ক্ষতি হলে সেজন্য আমরা আন্তরিকভাবে দুঃখিত এবং এর জন্য ক্ষতিপূরণ কিংবা নতুন পণ্য প্রেরণে আমরা প্রতিজ্ঞাবদ্ধ।

• Order is possible for available items only.
• Paid orders cannot be canceled or refunded (Except in Special Cases), for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments.
• Home Delivery orders will be processed after the confirmation from our Customer Care representative.

Pricing policy:

• Price of a product might vary in different marketplaces & our website due to periodic promotional offers.
• Technical error in pricing information might take place due to system malfunction. In such a situation, Socks Bangladesh has the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

 

Shipping Policy:

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

• Inside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 3 business days
• Outside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 7 business days
• Inside Dhaka delivery fee is 60 Taka
• Outside Dhaka Delivery fee is 100 taka.

Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for the occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.

Color Inconsistency:

We have tried our best to portray the accurate color of the products on the website. However, still customers might experience color inaccuracy due to monitoring discrepancies.

Information Inconsistency Disclaimers:
