2. Products & Availability
· All products are subject to availability.
· We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
· Due to lighting, photography, and screen calibration, product colors may vary slightly from actual products.
3. Pricing
· All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
· Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
· Any promotional pricing is valid only for the stated duration.
4. Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:
· Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available all over Bangladesh
· Prepaid payments (if applicable)
For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.
For prepaid orders, payment must be completed before dispatch.
Socks Bangladesh reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to payment verification issues.
5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
· Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
· Orders may be cancelled due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.
· Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Shipping & Delivery
· Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier service delays.
· Socks Bangladesh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.
· Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
7. Exchange, Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons, socks are non-returnable once opened or worn.
· We do not offer refunds for a change of mind
· Exchange is allowed only if:
o Contact is made within 3 days of delivery
o Socks are unused, unworn, unopened, and in original packaging
o Exchange is for a product of equal or lower value
· Price differences are non-refundable
· Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
· Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order
· Share clear photos via email or WhatsApp
· Return the defective item with the delivery person
A replacement will be provided, and all delivery costs will be covered by Socks Bangladesh.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item:
· Contact us immediately
· Return the incorrect product
We will send the correct item, and all return and delivery costs will be covered by Socks Bangladesh.
8. Refused or Uncollected COD Orders
· If a COD order is refused without a valid reason or remains uncollected, Socks Bangladesh reserves the right to:
o Restrict future COD orders from the customer
o Cancel pending orders
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Socks Bangladesh and may not be used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Socks Bangladesh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will fall under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
