Delivery Policy

At Socks Bangladesh, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across all of Bangladesh.

Courier Service

· We use Steadfast Courier Service for all standard deliveries.

· No local pickup option is available.

· All orders are carefully packed in recycled shipping mailer poly for safe delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch

· Orders placed during business hours are usually dispatched the same day.

· Orders placed after business hours will be shipped on the next working day.

· Courier services do not collect on Fridays and public holidays, so no orders leave on those days.

Examples:

· An order placed on Friday will be dispatched on Saturday morning.

· An order placed on Thursday after business hours will be dispatched on Saturday.

Standard Delivery Charges

· Inside Dhaka: BDT 80 per order

· Outside Dhaka: BDT 120 per order

· Delivery charges may be waived if your order qualifies for free shipping under ongoing promotions.

Delivery Time

· Inside Dhaka (Metropolitan Areas):

o Usually next-day delivery

o May take up to 48 hours, depending on the location

o Weekends are not included

· Outside Dhaka & Remote Areas:

o Delivery may take up to 2-5 working days, depending on the destination

Express / Same-Day Delivery

· Available inside Dhaka metropolitan areas upon request

· Delivery charge will depend on the location

· For express or same-day delivery, we use Pathao Courier or Steadfast Express Service

· Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM on working days

· Please call our helpline immediately after placing your order to request express delivery

· Free shipping does not apply to express or same-day delivery orders

Incorrect Shipping Information

· If you have entered an incorrect address, phone number, or email, please contact us immediately by phone so we can correct it before dispatch.

· If the order has already been shipped to the wrong address, we can resend it to the correct address by applying an additional return and re-delivery charge, depending on the location.
